SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer free shipping on orders over $200. Our shipping policy is simple and easy to understand. We ship all orders within 1-3 business days and provide tracking information for each shipment. We only ship to Canadian US addresses.

Shipping across Canada will be with either Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Chit Chats based on shipping amount paid and cost to send to your location. All orders will come with tracking.

Shipping to USA with Canada Post tracked packet, tracking number will be provided.

If you have any special shipping requests, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate them.

We also offer pick up orders , simply place your order online and choose "pick up" at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how to pick up your order from us in Bridgenorth, ON. You can pay online or we can accept cash or debit for Pick up orders. We look forward to seeing you.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges, but if you have a problem with your order please contact us.

All sales are final and we ask that you carefully consider your purchase before making it. We provide detailed product descriptions and photos to help you make an informed decision. If you have any questions about a product, please reach out to us and we will do our best to answer them.
